Post construction and move in/move out services include but not limited to:  

· Pressure Wash of exterior building and surfaces  

· Cleaning of cabinets and drawers inside out

·  Cleaning of all countertops, sinks, toilets, and fixtures polished, 

·  Stained woodwork will be wiped down with polish after cleaning

·  Cleaning of fireplaces / chimneys

·  All floors cleaned 

· Stripping and Waxing of floors 

·  Mirror and glass cleaned and polished

·  Appliances removed of coverings (if any), dusted and wiped

·  Vacuuming of carpeted areas

· Carpet Cleaning 

·  Removal of all carpet and pad remnants

· Scrape, sweep and hose off stairs, landings, walks, decks, patios, and            garage floors

·  Complete thorough dusting of the entire interior

·  Interior trash and debris can be hauled off, if required

·  Washing of all windows, interior and exterior, and cleaning of all air duct tracts
