His technical expertise is supported by multiple industry certifications, including Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification, EPA certification, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credentials.

Shannida Letellier‑Ramsey is the Chief Financial Officer of Ram‑Z Services LLC, a full‑service residential and commercial property maintenance company serving North Carolina. She brings a powerful combination of financial strategy, operational oversight, and program management expertise that strengthens the company’s growth, stability, and long‑term vision.

With more than a decade of experience leading complex programs and multimillion‑dollar operations, Shannida excels in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and organizational development. Her background in public health, disaster recovery, and housing program management gives her a unique ability to build efficient systems, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory alignment across all areas of the business. She is known for developing strong internal controls, optimizing resource allocation, and creating scalable financial frameworks that support sustainable expansion.

 At Ram‑Z Services, Shannida oversees financial operations, strategic planning, vendor and contract management, and long‑term business development. Under her financial leadership, the company has expanded into a comprehensive property maintenance provider offering general maintenance, preventative care, renovations, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, emergency repairs, and more. 

  We are seeking an experienced and operations‑driven Chief Operating Officer to help lead our growing full‑service property maintenance company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven background in facilities management, construction, maintenance operations, or related service industries. This role oversees day‑to‑day operations, vendor and team management, workflow optimization, budgeting, and service delivery across residential and commercial maintenance divisions. The COO will play a key role in scaling the company, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service quality for our clients.

 We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within our fast‑growing property maintenance company. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and customer‑service tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance jobs, coordinating with technicians, managing work orders, handling client communication, processing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting overall office operations. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience in property management, maintenance, or service‑based industries are a plus. This role plays a key part in keeping our team running smoothly and ensuring exceptional service for our residential and commercial clients.   

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Contract & Sales Manager to support our expanding property maintenance operations. This role combines contract administration with business development, making it ideal for someone who excels in both relationship‑building and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor and subcontractor contracts, negotiate service agreements, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation for residential and commercial maintenance projects. In addition, this role will drive new business opportunities by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project timelines, managing budgets, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting service solutions to prospective clients. Experience in property maintenance, construction, or facility services is highly preferred.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
